Arsenijevic came into the international spotlights after receiving an Academy Award Nomination for his short film (A)Torsion in 2003 – a Sarajevo war episode of a singing group stuck in an escape tunnel, helping a cow give birth.
(A)Torsion won the Golden Bear at Berlin IFF for Best Short Film, along with 10 other awards at various international festivals. Since then, Arsenijevic has received more than international accolades for his ten short films so far.
In 2008 he won an award at the Sofia International Film Festival for best director for his film Love and Other Crimes (Ljubav i Drugi Zlocini)
He is one of the co-founders of the production company Art & Popcorn.
