Zana is a versatile TV, theater and movie thespian as well as one of the founders of the cabaret/stand-up comedy project ‘Magacin Kabare’, a refreshing addition to Sarajevo’s nightlife, testing her acting skills in both drama and comedy with equal success.
Her performance in Snow (2008) caught the eye of Angelina Jolie who instantly recognized lead quality for her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011). Sarajevo’s moviegoers had the exclusive chance to catch this highly anticipated film from 21-28th December before it goes international on 16th of February 2012.
Angelina’s protégé’s next big project is UK drama Broken, where she’s set to star against Tim Roth and Cilian Murphy, opening in 2014.
